Screening is Simple
Follow the steps below, or download step-by-step instructions here.
1. Register
Register at eHealthScreenings.com/signup.
- Screening Key: LOC388
- Username: First Initial + Last Initial + DOB (MMDDYYYY)
- Example: John Smith born 4/23/1975 is JS04231975
- Password: Last Name + Last 4 SSN
- Example: John Smith with social 123456789 is Smith6789
2. Select
Select a screening option.
- On-site event (see local HR for details)
- LabCorp location
- Physician screening
3. Attend
Attend your screening.
- Fast for nine hours before your scheduled appointment,
- Drink plenty of water, and
- Take any prescribed medications during the fasting period.
4. Review
Review your confidential results.
- In 5-7 business days after your screening, log on to eHealthScreenings.com to view your results.
- Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides, Glucose
- Blood Pressure, height, weight, waist circumference, and BMI
5. Take Action
- Discuss your results with your doctor
- Use your benefits and the included tools and resources to support your health.
